- Electrical Engineer with strong background in lighting systems, electrical control systems, and/or switchgear
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems for commercial, industrial, or institutional projects
- Strong technical knowledge and design proficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with preparing electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications using CAD or electrical design software
- Perform load calculations, short circuit studies, and system coordination analysis
- Select and specify electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, control panels, and switchgear components
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes including NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and client requirements
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, contractors, and vendors to coordinate design and construction activities
- Conduct site visits for field inspections, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
- Assist with cost estimation, project scheduling, and procurement activities
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
- This position offers 3 days of remote work each week
- Salary range provided: 115000 to 145000 USD per year
