Requirements
- Strategic sales experience or healthcare consulting focused on SaaS solutions with an emphasis on population health and chronic condition solutions
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth business in highly competitive markets
- Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong C-Level relationships
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and self-direct in a collaborative, low-process work environment
- Strong EQ and background, having worked with health plan/payer clients or external partners and internal product and marketing teams
- A history of exceeding sales expectations
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Travel requirements: 10-25%
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with multiple customer executives, and C-suite personas (e.g., CMO, CIO, CFO, CIO, COO)
- Work closely with the Head of Enterprise Healthcare Partnerships on client relationship mapping to the account team, supporting the account strategy to generate revenue within the identified accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how Lark Health is able to support their health plan members
- Product Market Fit: You must love the product and gain a deep understanding of the capabilities of Lark's solutions to effectively demonstrate how the Lark platform will achieve prospective customer's goals and objectives and fit into their organizational structure and workflows
- Understand how to work within and navigate the healthcare market, preferred would be to have payer vertical knowledge
