Requirements
  • Candidates should have 1–2 years of roofing or construction industry experience.
  • Candidates must be able to supervise and lead teams effectively.
  • Candidates must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
  • Candidates must be able to work on-site, travel locally to job sites, work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., work overtime as needed, work two Saturdays per month from April through October, and work common 10–12 hour days during peak season.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily field operations and ensure projects are completed to company standards.
  • Lead teams on residential roofing jobs while supporting safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Oversee roofing crews and coordinate daily jobsite activities.
  • Monitor projects from start to completion.
  • Oversee field production and manage workflow priorities.
  • Lead communication between homeowners and internal production staff.
  • Interact regularly with customers and ensure their expectations are met throughout the roofing process.
  • Resolve issues quickly and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead by example, reinforce company standards, and create a positive culture on job sites and with homeowners.
  • Supervise site readiness and oversee safety compliance.
  • Support crew development while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
