  • 2+ years of writing and editing experience, preferably in a B2B tech environment, or with web publications. Experience in the software, technology, or business services industry is a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to convey complex or technical subjects in a clear, engaging manner.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
  • Experience conducting interviews with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and develop content ideas.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
  • Strong team player with experience working closely with cross functional teams, including designers, marketers, and subject matter experts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust priorities based on business needs.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the audience, tailoring content to resonate with diverse customer segments.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all content is accurate, polished, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
  • Write and edit a variety of content, including blog posts, email newsletters, case studies, eBook guides, landing pages, sell sheets, and more, to engage and inform our target audiences.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including graphic designers, to produce cohesive and visually appealing content that supports marketing goals and drives engagement.
  • Develop content with a clear understanding of business objectives and audience needs, while tracking performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies over time.
  • Conduct research and interview customers, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to develop relevant content and identify new opportunities for storytelling.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content, while maintaining alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Effectively manage multiple content projects, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
