The Role
As a Promotions Operations Executive, you will be part of a team responsible for the day to day running of our promotional activity. Reporting to the Promotional Operations Manager, you will ensure all promotions are working correctly and fulfilled in a timely manner. You will collaborate closely with other departments, in particular our customer facing teams to ensure a best-in-class experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manual Promotional fulfilment across all brands.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to assist with customer queries in relation to promotions.
- Ensure our customer facing teams have all relevant promotional information ready and available.
- Identify any issues with active promotions and control the escalation process and be the point of contact.
- Test and provide quality assessment of upcoming promotions.
- Review and optimise customer journeys for all promotions.
- Work closely with the CRM team to communicate with customers when manually fulfilling promotions.
- Assist the CRM automation team to build and optimise the lifecycle promotions.
- Assist the wider promotions team to optimise promotional plans.
- Be responsible for the creation of automated promotions.
- Provide reports of issues and feedback in regard to promotional activity.
- Manage the content of the promotions page.
- Review on-site visibility of promotions.
- Act as a key stakeholder in all promotional product decisions.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong knowledge of sports betting products and promotions.
- Proven experience in a Sportsbook and/or Casino environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Always putting the customer experience at the forefront of decisions.
- Highly collaborative, works well as part of a team and understands the team and business needs.
- Ability to work to stringent deadlines based on the Sporting calendar.
