- Experience with desktop support for Microsoft Windows operating systems including Windows 7 and Windows 10 (piloting)
- Experience providing macOS support including operating system troubleshooting, imaging, and builds in a corporate environment
- Ability to support mobility devices (phones and tablets) across Apple, Android, and Microsoft platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Office 365 and Outlook/Exchange in a corporate environment across PC, phone, and tablet devices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior customer service abilities
- Provide on-site and remote support for high-level and executive end users using in-person, phone, and Remote Takeover tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve OS issues across Windows and macOS environments, including imaging and build deployment for macOS
- Support mobility devices across Apple, Android, and Microsoft platforms
- Support Microsoft Office products including Office 365 and Outlook/Exchange across PC, phone, and tablet devices
- Deliver superior customer service with professional communication to users at all levels
