- A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with finance, including cost, pricing, accounting, and estimating, is required.

- Establish cost control systems and monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring a validated cost schedule control system.
- Coordinate and develop program deliverables and analyze program cost, schedule, and performance data.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and briefings as tracking tools for program management.
- Support technical and finance teams in responding to data calls and monitor and report performance and progress against plans, baselines, and requirements.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues affecting program or project cost, schedule, and performance.
- Identify financial or operating risks associated with contract or project execution, forecast and track financial results to meet budget projections, and provide project summary status reports.
- Experience with Department of Defense acquisition programs and processes.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint.
- Experience with Earned Value Management.
- Project Management Professional certification.
