Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experience in human capital or talent consulting, with progression from individual contributor to practice or P&L leader.
  • At least 7 years in a senior leadership role such as Partner, Managing Director, Practice Lead, or Regional Head, with demonstrable P&L ownership.
  • Pan-European operating experience personally leading cross-border teams, with experience in at least two of the UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics, or Southern Europe.
  • Experience serving FTSE 100, DAX, CAC 40, or Euro Stoxx 50 companies, including Board- and CEO-level engagement.
  • Depth in at least three of four areas: leadership assessment; leadership development; broader assessment; and employee experience.
  • Experience in transformation advisory, including succession, workforce planning, skills frameworks, or organizational-design adjacencies.
  • Demonstrable revenue origination, including personally selling at least €3 million annually in talent advisory work.
  • Experience building or meaningfully scaling a practice.
  • Credibility with CHROs and CEOs and comfort working in Board rooms.
  • Ability to integrate data, technology, and artificial intelligence into consulting and AI-enabled talent products.
  • Ability to navigate matrix environments.
  • Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the European Talent Practice within the Workforce & Reward business.
  • Lead cross-border teams across the European market.
  • Sell talent advisory services to CHROs, CEOs, and Boards.
  • Build or meaningfully scale the talent advisory practice.
  • Own practice P&L and revenue origination.
  • Integrate data, technology, and artificial intelligence into talent consulting and products.
