Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; or 5 years of experience in benefit card account administration
  • Ability to interpret file layouts and data models
  • Proven extensive knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries
  • PostgresSQL is preferred
  • Strong MS Excel skills required
  • Strong MS Access skills recommended
  • HSAe certification preferred
Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert for debit card and HSA operational functions
  • Monitor data transfer schedules and associated system jobs
  • Correctly analyze data issues and identify actionable trends
  • Proactively take appropriate action to resolve critical account level data issues
  • Can translate complex situations to a broader audience and escalates issues when appropriate
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with our internal support teams and vendors such as Fiserv
  • May perform other duties as assigned
