Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative requirements for training deployment where directed.
  • Receive, prioritise and direct delivery requirements in support of ADF activities. Identify and adapt to any identified challenges.
  • Support uniformed CTC exercise designers and planners meet task outputs as required by changes in Army priorities or short-notice operational contingencies.
  • Support exercise execution where required in a coaching, HICON or planning capacity.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with the customer as required.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to higher management and to the customer when required.
  • Provide direction and assist in the writing and sequencing exercise Events, Incidents and Injects.
