Requirements
  • Education: HS Diploma is a must; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10 years electrical experience and 7+ years supervisory experience with direct reports in a food manufacturing facility is required.
  • Computer Skills: Standard computer skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Travel: Minimal.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Maybe required to work off shifts depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Assisting in preparing and overseeing budgets and projects with the Maintenance Manager.
  • Guiding and directing the day-to-day Utilities maintenance and operations for the facility.
  • Creating Team Member work schedules for Utilities department.
  • Ensuring that all parts necessary to perform maintenance are available through collaboration with Planner and Parts Room Supervision.
  • Maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Hot Water systems, Air Compressors, HVAC systems, and Electrical infrastructure.
  • Working with the Plant Safety, Food Safety and Environmental Program Managers in order to maintain compliance with all AHJ and any additional Corporate Governance.
