Requirements
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a comparable sales role and in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced and complex business environment.
  • A solid track record of closing deals, managing complex sales processes, and exceeding targets.
  • Leadership capabilities and the ability to work autonomously and contribute to all aspects of the business.
  • Problem-solving skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Analytical ability and strong commercial acumen.
  • Confidence in written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
  • Strategically identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage a multi-sector pipeline of enterprise new business opportunities and build robust relationships with potential clients.
  • Apply cross-functional knowledge of the operating model to offer tailored solutions to prospective customers.
  • Prepare sales reports and manage the tender process, including preparing and presenting sales pitches and working through contracts and negotiations.
  • Contribute strategic insights to help shape the future direction of the company.
  • Work with the Implementation team to ensure a seamless transition when onboarding new customers.
