Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Previous experience in event staffing, customer service, or security supervision required.
  • Large event experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain a professional, calm presence in high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable providing on-the-spot coaching and support to staff.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the event season (August–March).
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing game day operations and managing event staff across various roles, including ushers, ticket takers, and security personnel.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for frontline staff.
  • Assisting with pre-event briefings.
  • Monitoring staff performance and addressing issues in real time.
  • Ensuring compliance with event protocols.
