Key responsibilities for a BA to perform in CCAR

1. Document detailed BRDs that should capture all the minute details related to project deliverable
2. Perform Requirements analysis using the data and present to Business stakeholders during requirements discussions
3. Conduct Requirement walkthroughs to Business stakeholders and the internal IT team
4. Perform Impact analysis for the changes planned in upstream systems
5. Work closely with the Development and Testing teams to deliver the committed Requirements without any open defects
6. Actively participate in the Demo calls with Users
7. Play crucial role in Sprint planning and Backlog grooming sessions to ensure the essential requirements are delivered first

Background required for the right candidate

1. Strong knowledge of financial products including Loan, Lease, Credit Cards, Mortgage, Overdrafts, Collateral
2. The candidate should be skilled in writing SQLs to extract data required for analysis. Should also possess MS Excel skills required to perform rigorous data analysis.
3. Fair knowledge of Regulatory Reporting (preferable  11f CCAR or any other within the Risk / Capital function of a Bank)
4. Should have exposure to documenting BRDs and Jira stories with fair presentation skills.
