- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience as a Software Engineer or AI Engineer, ideally including practical experience with AI-assisted software development, coding copilots, large language model APIs, agent architectures, retrieval-augmented generation, and model context protocol.
- Proficiency in modern software engineering practices, including testing, debugging, continuous integration and continuous delivery, containerization with Docker, and cloud deployment.
- Experience integrating AI components into legacy systems and managing data for AI, including data chunking, indexing, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Understanding of AI governance topics, including the EU AI Act, data security, and responsible AI.
- Didactic experience teaching technical content to experienced Software Engineers.
- Understanding of didactic concepts for adult education and online training.
- Very good German and English language skills at least at C1 level.
- Answer learners’ questions in writing and verbally about AI-assisted software development, modern AI architectures, model context protocol, and system integration.
- Teach and deepen training content in kick-off and closing live events, digital workshops, hackathons, and individual learning support.
- Support learners through uncertainties in the learning process and during sandbox exercises, hackathons, and client implementation projects.
- Conduct and evaluate final projects, including deployment of a minimum viable product solution, and decide whether the training was successfully completed.
- Create, prepare, and further develop learning materials covering AI coding copilots, spec-driven development, retrieval-augmented generation, model context protocol, and cloud deployment.
- Perform quality assurance for existing training and provide feedback to the Learning Team.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions on debugging, code reviews, build-versus-buy decisions, and test automation.
- Support new team members.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted software development, including coding copilots, large language model APIs, agent architectures, retrieval-augmented generation, and model context protocol.
