  • 1+ years of experience as a successful sales leader in a Direct-to-Consumer sales environment, preferably in auto insurance sales
  • Property & Casualty licensed or be willing and able to get licensed
  • Experience with in-depth analytics and problem solving, the ability to think strategically while being detail and execution-oriented, and success in managing competing priorities
  • Eagerness to break records, create opportunities, and test new initiatives; we love a competitive and innovative spirit

  • Interact with senior leadership within the company as well as with management teams of our partners
  • Be heavily focused on recruiting new insurance agent talent to our team and leading the sales training process
  • Oversee and have direct responsibility for performance and development of sales agents, including setting sales goals
  • When needed, take inbound insurance calls (inbound warm leads) including customer escalations
  • Maintain a wide focus on daily/weekly performance
  • Support agent compensation, incentives and workforce management
  • Develop and continually drive project work plans, timelines and budgets
