  • 8+ years in a data science, BI, Analytics, or SQL-heavy data role (high-growth D2C startup experience highly preferred)
  • You have expertise with business intelligence systems, data pipelines and data warehouse management, and you can hit the ground running
  • You are fluent with Tableau + SQL + analytics packages; experience with creating/maintaining data pipelines with Snowflake is also essential
  • You have robust experience with product analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, MixPanel), marketing attribution software (e.g., Segment, AppsFlyer) and ETL tooling (e.g., FiveTran)
  • You bring a low ego attitude and get-it-done mentality to the table; you're willing to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter; you are comfortable with ambiguity but act quickly to put structure in place
  • You have experience working cross-functionally and have helped to build a culture of open communication, documentation and collaboration across all levels and disciplines
  • You are someone who takes complete ownership of their work and evangelizes best practices
  • You are strong synthesizer and natural storyteller, comfortable translating analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Develop and optimize large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines that ingest structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources
  • Use your master SQL skills to craft cutting edge data solutions
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across the organization, ensuring everyone is able to define and monitor the correct KPIs to drive business health
  • Develop all necessary automated reports to empower functional teams and be the go-to person for any data or reporting questions
  • Punch through ambiguity and a growing level of complexity when it comes to our organization's data
  • Manage incoming data requests and use judgment to prioritize the highest value projects effectively
  • Know when to zoom in vs zoom out to communicate data-backed findings to a diverse constituency of internal and external stakeholders (e.g., investors)
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to drive requirements for new features / partnerships and integrate data during product development
