- Responsible for providing test ownership of multiple large scale/complex global testing solutions
- Build and sustain strong relationships with the senior business leaders associated with the platforms
- Work closely with Program Management and Quality Control teams to deliver quality software to agreed project schedules.
- Proactively notify Development Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns.
- Compliance with Citi’s System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements.
- Monitor, update and communicate project timelines and milestones; obtain senior management feedback; understand potential speed bumps and client’s true concerns/needs.
- Understanding technology industry trends, how they impact our future solutions and provide strategic direction for the testing community.
- Design the framework, approach and provide the cost effective automation solutions to the customers
- Regular monitoring and reporting for KPIs and Metrics for Automation
- Work with Vendor teams (as needed) to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Documents, evaluates and researches test results for future replication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience in an IT Quality role. Ability to work independently or within groups on projects assigned
- 5+ years experience with System Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Performance testing and Automation
- 3+ years experience with Jira
- Experience with Zephyr, HP ALM
- Requires in-depth knowledge, understanding and analytical thought leadership. Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of several areas within IT Quality and has a good understanding of the industry.
- Strong understanding of testing processes. In depth understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle and solid experience in several phases of systems development, preferably in testing program management. Must demonstrate confidence in their abilities.
- Ability to assess & design the End to End Testing approach to validate business non-functional requirements.
- Produce and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around the testing performed. Manage best in class service quality and manage SLA accordingly.
- Support active contribution in creating performance testing artifacts including test strategy and test plans/estimates, optimization & KPI reports.
- Experience of working in Agile testing methodology
- Attention to details & ability to automate repetitive tasks.
- Exhibits good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical area and a basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.
- Requires basic understanding of how own area integrates within IT Quality to achieve objectives.
- Business domain knowledge of Core Banking, Payments, Digital Channels, Payments, Receivable & Treasure will be added advantage.
- Automation Testing knowledge is good to have.

- Good collaboration & ability to communicate with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration with other teams including Development, Architect, Business and Production Support.
- Identify, recommend, and implement framework, strategies, and toolsets to optimize test execution, expand test coverage, and reduce risk.
- Strive towards the continuous process improvement to achieve efficient testing solutions.
- Flexible to work across different Time zones supporting stakeholders across the globe.
- Strong customer service focuses with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and functional.
- Managing time and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to provide quick turnaround to software issues and management requests.
- Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly.

$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
