Job Description:

With over 116 years of history and a commitment to excellence, Old Republic Title is a leader of title and escrow services, dedicated to facilitating real estate transactions with the highest level of customer service.  We are seeking candidates without experience in the title industry, who are highly motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic who are willing to learn title and escrow sales from experienced Sales Executives by a variety of training methods including shadowing out in the field and one-on-one training.   This is a great opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company and build a career in the title industry.

*This is a hybrid-office position and regular attendance is required in addition to travel throughout an assigned sales territory.  

Responsibilities include promoting and selling our Title and Escrow services to real estate professionals and lenders.  The primary objective is to drive market share and revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The work hours are primarily from 8:00 am -5:00 pm on weekdays. Attendance at industry events and meetings that may be on weekends and/or after hours may be necessary to establish relationships and develop new business for the company.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.  This position requires a person to be self-motivated, able to work independently and as a part of a team. 

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.

            
Pay Range for the position is between $72,000.00 and $80,000.00, plus monthly auto allowance. This position is eligible for commission after 90-days of employment.        

Old Republic complies with all federal, state and local laws including minimum wage requirements. In the event a minimum hourly rate stated is lower than the minimum wage required by law, Old Republic will always pay an amount equal to or greater than the minimum wage required by law.
