  • 4-8 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Data Scientist delivering impactful data products
  • Experience working with data warehouse and data pipeline technologies, including platforms such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and AWS Redshift
  • Proficiency with popular machine learning frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Expertise in using Databricks for scalable data engineering and machine learning workflows
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets, combined with advanced programming skills in Python
  • Extensive experience with feature stores for efficient feature management and reuse across machine learning models
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib
  • Self-starter able to work autonomously and collaboratively within an agile team environment
  • Exceptional analysis skills and ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Proven experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops
  • Proficient in translating product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements
  • Ability to constructively challenge assumptions and decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's degree is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to understand data challenges and opportunities
  • Take ownership of data products delivering key insights and driving business decisions
  • Lead elicitation of requirements and prioritize the product backlog
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align platform with business objectives
  • Partner with Machine Learning Data Engineering teams to deliver value through data
  • Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product
  • Bring fresh ideas to solve business problems and generate innovative solutions
  • Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and best practices
  • Monitor platform performance, model accuracy, and data quality
  • Drive effective and sustainable change guiding the business
  • Play a key role in self-organizing agile delivery teams
  • Share industry best practices and foster a culture of knowledge sharing
