Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the connection planning team, aligning media strategies with clients' objectives. Oversee the development of media frameworks, ensuring they are innovative, data-driven, and aligned with industry best practices. Stay abreast of emerging media trends, technologies, and market developments to drive continuous improvement in media strategies
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and senior management, so as to understand marketing and commercial goals, target audiences and industry dynamics
  • Build and maintain relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on media strategies
  • Lead presentations, providing strategic insights, and recommendation to senior stake holders and key planning meetings
  • Collaborate with our holding company (Take-Two), on group project and initiatives
  • Lead and mentor the Player Connection team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Set goals, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations for team members
  • Develop and enhance team members' skills through training and professional development opportunities
  • Oversee the analysis of market research, consumer insights, and performance data to generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with the Player Connection team to translate insights into effective media strategies and recommendations
  • Ensure that data-driven insights are effectively communicated to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional media teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated media campaigns
  • Work closely with the creative team to align messaging and creative concepts with media plans
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication across departments to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Manage the global media agency relationship, ensuring they are an effective media partner, and deliver added value at a global and local level
  • Collaborate with the commercial teams, to establish media budgets and oversee their effective allocation to deliver our commercial goals
  • Have a holistic view of our media investment, and ensure efficient and effective use of resources
Desired Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience in a media planning/strategy role. Agency experience is a plus but not required
