  • Leading Shelf Intelligent Media for your book of business: a rapidly growing solution for automating & integrating Profitero's digital shelf analytics with industry-leading retail media bid management platforms
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process, current customers are adopting current features & testing new ones, and building successful customer success stories to share with the marketplace
  • Supporting Retail Media Advisory/Consulting: consultation on winning in retail media, informing go-forward strategies for US/global clients
  • Lead day to day implementation & vision of Shelf Intelligent Media, working closely with internal stakeholders (development team, agencies, etc.) & external partners, and driving adoption/usage of the product
  • Support implementation of existing/new features with strategic clients. Gather feedback & incorporate into near- & long-term roadmaps
  • Work with the VP Commerce Media, the growing Shelf Intelligent Media team, & product marketing on thought leadership, POVs, case studies, and product roadmap
  • Create & present materials for internal L&D, and externally for a variety of clients and verticals, showcasing the value of Shelf Intelligent Media for their brands
  • Support new business development when needed
  • Occasional support on other retail media solutions used for planning & measurement
  • Occasional, temporary back-up support for your AD counterpart (and vice versa)
