Requirements
- You have 5-7 years of retail media strategy & hands to keys experience with mid-market or enterprise clients
- You're known as a power user in one or more bid management platforms which may include Skai, Pacvue, Amazon, Walmart, KPM, etc
- You can quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of and perspective on new concepts and products
- You're ambitious, intrinsically motivated, a strong collaborator, detail oriented, and have strong project management
- You have working knowledge of media agencies & advertising/marketing technology and are comfortable advising clients
- You've had exposure to data and product teams, either in product marketing or as a strategic partner in roadmap development

Responsibilities
- Leading Shelf Intelligent Media for your book of business: a rapidly growing solution for automating & integrating Profitero's digital shelf analytics with industry-leading retail media bid management platforms
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, current customers are adopting current features & testing new ones, and building successful customer success stories to share with the marketplace
- Supporting Retail Media Advisory/Consulting: consultation on winning in retail media, informing go-forward strategies for US/global clients
- Lead day to day implementation & vision of Shelf Intelligent Media, working closely with internal stakeholders (development team, agencies, etc.) & external partners, and driving adoption/usage of the product
- Support implementation of existing/new features with strategic clients. Gather feedback & incorporate into near- & long-term roadmaps
- Work with the VP Commerce Media, the growing Shelf Intelligent Media team, & product marketing on thought leadership, POVs, case studies, and product roadmap
- Create & present materials for internal L&D, and externally for a variety of clients and verticals, showcasing the value of Shelf Intelligent Media for their brands
- Support new business development when needed
- Occasional support on other retail media solutions used for planning & measurement
- Occasional, temporary back-up support for your AD counterpart (and vice versa)
- Cultivate deep expertise about our industry, customers, offerings, and the competitive landscape
