  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software
Responsibilities
  • Manage the Site Safety Program and ensure all policies are being followed
  • Drive housekeeping standards, including 5S
  • Develop and display a thorough understanding of site-level and company-wide strategic initiatives
  • Actively support positive change and ensure effective implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Communicate with the team to promote an understanding of the relationship between site actions and results and the overall strategic objectives
  • Manage employee performance and provide development opportunities
  • Mentor/coach employees regarding career planning, training, skills development
  • Lead and ensure the Operating System is understood, reinforced, and embedded
  • Measure and report key maintenance performance indicators including root cause analyses
  • Communicate and escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer
  • Manage expenses such as labor, overtime, and material consumption
  • Review work orders and ensure adherence to work schedules
  • Conduct and participate in team meetings as an influential leader
