Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Zuora subscriptions, billing, product and pricing management.
  • Knowledge of integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, banks, payment gateways, and Avalara tax.
  • Expertise in the Zuora platform, objects, custom events, and Zuora workflows.
  • Knowledge of developing and executing system conversions and implementations.
  • Good understanding of customer aging, accounts receivable to general ledger reconciliation, and month-end processes.
  • Knowledge of change management and Agile methodologies.
  • A Bachelor of Technology degree or Master of Business Administration degree.
Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, develop, test, and maintain Zuora Billing solutions supporting Finance, quote, Billing, accounts receivable, Revenue, Collections, and Accounting teams.
  • Lead end-to-end architecture and complex product catalog design within Zuora Billing, including charge models, subscription lifecycle management, and scalable order-to-cash and order-to-revenue solution design aligned to business and finance processes.
  • Drive advanced Zuora configurations including custom workflows, mediation and data transformation pipelines, advanced billing rules, custom rating logic, multi-entity and multi-currency global setups, custom reports and data sources, and billing performance optimization.
  • Design, build, and support integrations between Zuora and enterprise systems, including Oracle ERP, tax engines, payment gateways, customer relationship management systems, and data platforms.
  • Own post-go-live production support, including incident management for P1/P2 incidents, root cause analysis, change and release management, operational stability, and support for financial close and compliance processes.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations from requirements through hypercare, provide governance and technical leadership, mentor team members, ensure documentation and knowledge transfer, and represent Zuora architecture in executive and cross-functional design forums.
  • Develop and execute system conversions and implementations.
  • Lead cross-functional requirements sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications, including identifying unspoken or conflicting requirements and challenging existing practices.
  • Manage KLO operations and stakeholder support, including daily activities, financial close, and reconciliations.
  • Conduct design workshops with the business and build system prototypes for demonstrations before development begins.

Twilio's Q2 revenue jumps 22% to $1.5B, stock surges 15.7%
