  • Thoroughly document all interactions and prospecting efforts in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool) while maintaining good data hygiene
  • Regularly attend sessions promoting continuous growth and learning presented by the company on messaging tactics, pipeline management, and conversation skills
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with peers and management
