  • Carefully review procurement requests from various ZipRecruiter teams and route them appropriately
  • Recommend automation, features, improvements, or optimizations to the procurement process
  • Advise and guide internal teams on the process to ensure that procurement feels accessible and approachable by all teams
  • Handle primary communication with vendors, opening negotiation discussions, holding the line on ZipRecruiter's standard terms, and driving the contract review and signing process to completion
  • Improve upon and engage with the Vendor Management software system, ensuring that useful notes are kept after each vendor meeting
  • Track procurement spend using internal accounting software, supporting accurate financial forecasting and reporting
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience establishing process and influencing others to engage in the process
  • Jira and/or Netsuite experience
