Requirements
  • One year of property management experience.
  • Employment eligibility verification to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid training.
  • Successful completion of a Tuberculosis test, background screening, and drug test as a condition of hire.
  • Possess a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
  • Provide proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties.
  • Ability to qualify for the organization's auto insurance coverage.
  • Must not have received services from PATH within the past two years to avoid conflicts of interest.
  • Ability to perform all regular and customary work within the state of California.
  • Ability to gather and interpret data to identify trends and patterns for decision-making.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing to individuals and groups.
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify key issues, and make logical decisions based on sound reasoning.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards and professional boundaries in all situations.

Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day site operations and assist in monitoring facility occupancy, providing backup oversight in the Site Manager’s absence.
  • Coordinate logistics for resident interviews and move-in appointments and assist in preparing units and documentation for new residents.
  • Assist with the implementation and communication of emergency preparedness procedures and serve as a point of contact during drills or events.
  • Maintain consistent communication with residents and support relationship-building efforts with tenants and community partners.
  • Assist in coordinating onsite services and activities in accordance with established program policies.
  • Maintain resident records, perform data entry into Property Management Software, and prepare documentation for audits.
  • Initiate supply and equipment requisitions and support inventory tracking to ensure availability of operational materials.
  • Prepare and submit invoices or expense documentation for review and ensure timely delivery to appropriate departments.
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs, notify maintenance of repair needs, and track open work orders to maintain site standards.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating preventative maintenance activities and document completed work and vendor visits.
  • Participate in resident meetings, staff events, and community-building activities to support site engagement.
  • Provide logistical support for planning and executing community events in collaboration with services teams.
  • Gather financial data and enter budget-related information to support the Site Manager in monitoring expenses.
  • Draft initial tenant notices and assist in tracking compliance with house rules and delivering notices.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and agency guidelines and report potential concerns to the Site Manager.
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of property management experience specifically within an affordable or permanent supportive housing property.
