Customer Service
  • Minimum of 1-year CALL CENTER experience within the last 3 years
  • Willing to work any shift from Monday - Sunday from 9am-9pm EST
  • Reside in specific states: Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, North Dakota, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, New Hampshire, or Missouri
  • Have a private workspace with a door and hardwired internet
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Contact (CALL) center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
  • Interacting with current or prospective Members with professionalism and positivity
  • Resolving voice and email interactions interchangeably
  • Handling general member inquiries, returns, tracking orders, and modifying orders
  • Providing accurate and complete information to members
  • Increasing knowledge to handle more complex situations and work in alternate channels
