We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, AL. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, building customer relationships, and contributing to the success of a growing sales department. You will assist the sales team in lead generation, client coordination, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
Assist in maintaining and updating client databases and records
Schedule meetings and coordinate communication between clients and team members
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and materials as needed
Conduct basic market research to identify potential leads
Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and requests
Maintain product knowledge to support effective communication with customers
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
