Requirements
  • 10 plus years of proven track record in UX, Information Architecture, or related roles, particularly in environments requiring a mix of high-level strategy and execution.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-layered digital products, ideally in industries like healthcare, e-commerce, or other fast-paced sectors.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with information modeling, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to influence, mentor and manage a team of product designers.
  • [Bonus] Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and methodologies, along with a data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Architect the Entire Experience: Own the structural blueprint of our user experience across digital platforms, ensuring all interactions, content, and flows are aligned and scalable. You’ll not only design the frameworks but also ensure that they are adaptable as our products evolve.
  • Systems Thinking & Scalability: Apply a holistic, systems-based approach to information architecture. Create models that support both user needs and business goals, while also accounting for future growth and adaptability.
  • Cross-Functional & Design Leadership: Act as a central point of alignment between product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing. Your work will influence every layer of the customer experience, requiring you to balance input from diverse teams while driving toward a cohesive vision. You’ll partner with design peers and manage designers directly, an ability to laterally influence, while also vertically managing will be key.
  • Blueprint for All Teams: Build and maintain a comprehensive blueprint that visually captures the user experience, allowing teams to understand dependencies, touchpoints, and best practices. This blueprint will serve as the core guide across the organization for consistent, aligned product development.
  • Iterative Prototyping & Testing: Rapidly prototype and test ideas to validate user flows, information structures, and interaction patterns. Iterate based on feedback and evolving business needs while balancing speed and accuracy.
  • Documentation & Evangelism: Create clear, actionable documentation that supports implementation by design and engineering teams. You’ll evangelize the importance of UX architecture and help teams stay aligned with the established frameworks.
  • Hands-On and Strategic: You will own high-level strategy and detailed design execution. You’ll work on everything from outlining the user journey across multiple touchpoints to designing micro-interactions and evaluating information hierarchies.
