Chemical Operator

About the role:

​Based at our Perth facility, Tan International, we have a vacancy for a site operator within our operations team.

As a Operator, it will be your responsibility to:

• Firstly yard and warehousing duties. Including, unloading and storing of product, maintaining stock in designating locations for chemical segregation and effective stock control.
• Picking product for orders using stock rotation and loading of vehicles in a safe condition for delivery to customers.
• Secondly following the safe operating procedures and work instructions to offload product into packages/tanks for storage or to safely blend, mix, fill or repackage products ready for despatch to the customer.
• Full training will be provided.

Your skills & experience:

• Health and Safety awareness
• Environmental Impact awareness
• FLT Licence
• Manual handling
• SVQ Manufacturing Operations desirable
• Basic knowledge of Chemistry an advantage
