Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-impact user research and leverage user feedback in all its forms to accurately capture and represent member needs and the way they interact with our product.
  • Translate your understanding of our users, product, and domain into a compelling vision and strategy and craft a clear roadmap of highly prioritized features and initiatives that deliver against the product vision & strategy and drive business impact.
  • Lead the discovery, ideation, scoping, execution, and launch of user centric features to address user problems and business opportunities.
  • Define key performance metrics for your features and closely analyze product performance to measure success, identify gaps and areas of improvement.
  • Lead and collaborate with design, engineering and other cross functional peers and leadership to provide input and visibility into the product development process and define and ship a consistent, high quality experience across the 'whole product'.
