Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the US government space with a bonus for the technology industry
  • Proven experience working in a government business capture or business development team
  • Experience working with Federal, State and local government agencies
  • Strong understanding of government procurement and process regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with program management and CRM software tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Actively reach out to prospects across assigned book of business, working closely with Marketing and BDR teams for support on account based engagements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned OEM (and government agencies) to secure both repeat and new business
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Auterion’s products as it pertains to customer needs, as well as keeping up to date on the autonomous software industry and key competitive intelligence
  • Work closely with GTM & Program Management teams to validate technical requirements and assist on pilot or implementation projects
  • Effectively manage RFIs, RFQs & format documentation
  • Skillfully negotiate and close deals
