Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in a SaaS enablement, Go-To-Market or training role, preferably at a Healthcare or Life Sciences start-up
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Slides, Docs, etc.) and LMS Systems
  • Proven track record of success in managing data-driven enablement programs that drive revenue growth
Responsibilities
  • Develop and Lead the creation of impactful sales and go-to-market (GTM) collateral and presentations, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and effectively support all sales processes.
  • Maintain and Organize a comprehensive catalog of resources, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial team members seeking essential information and materials.
  • Master the H1 Product Suite to confidently articulate value propositions, use cases, and competitive advantages, empowering the commercial team with compelling narratives.
  • Design and Implement dynamic training programs that highlight product updates, provide enablement support, and enhance sales skills for both onboarding and everboarding development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams to gather critical information and updates, ensuring the commercial team is well-equipped to discuss enhancements and the future product roadmap.
  • Draft and Distribute clear internal and external communications, including weekly updates and release notes, to keep all stakeholders informed of important product developments.
  • Act as a Liaison between sales, clients, and product teams to efficiently address and triage product inquiries and concerns.
  • Measure the Effectiveness of enablement content through regular feedback mechanisms, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.
  • Take the Lead in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within sales enablement and GTM processes, implementing strategic changes to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
