- Functional knowledge of MAC and Windows client/server configurations, software, connectivity, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft products

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating system, hardware, and software
- Desktop and laptop installation, configuration and upgrade
- Provide remote support and incidents resolution using tools such as SCCM, VDI, and remote access
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks and SW/Break/fix activities
