Ensure our teams are empowered with intuitive, well-supported AI capabilities that drive outcomes across the enterprise. Respond to service management requests, including ServiceNow, with precision, speed, and professionalism. Develop high-impact knowledge base (KB) content and internal documentation to support scalable adoption. Analyze usage metrics to uncover friction points and shape actionable improvements. Collaborate across delivery, operations, and product teams to refine tooling strategies. Redesign business processes through automation and workflow optimization. Translate user needs and feedback into roadmap-aligned enhancements. Support enablement programs and drive best practices in training delivery. Model a growth mindset, applying continuous learning to improve service delivery. Coach and mentor junior technologists, promoting a culture of excellence. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in customer success, technical support, or enterprise service delivery
• Experience with service systems such as ServiceNow, and digital adoption frameworks
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and measurable performance gains
• Ability to produce clear, user-friendly documentation and guidance
• Bachelor's degree in a CS or IT field and 2+ years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or software project management, or 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or software project management in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Possession of strong analytical, detail-oriented, and process-minded problem-solving skills
• Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
