Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience running the full sales cycle in a quota-carrying account executive role in fast-paced business-to-business hospitality software-as-a-service sales to business decision-makers.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota, ranking in the top 5% of the company.
  • Ability to execute a standardized sales process such as MEDDICC.
  • Experience consistently closing deals exceeding $20,000 in annual contract value.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, operate autonomously, and handle ambiguity.
Responsibilities
  • Join a venture-capital-backed startup to build a new category in the United States hospitality technology market.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Close business-to-business software-as-a-service deals with chief financial officers, general managers, and regional operators by understanding their challenges and needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and provide customer insights to the product team.
