- Prepare and present updates and analysis on external quality ratings and ranking programs relevant to the organization.
- Build collaborative relationships with providers, teams, and executive leaders; provide education, share best practices, and support adoption of improvements.
- Serve as a clinical and systems resource, supporting executive leaders and facilitating Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement and external quality reporting as applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prepare for, lead, and attend meetings.
