Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education.
  • Three years of experience.
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 0-25 pounds.
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Ability to frequently use vision and depth perception for near and far distances and identify and distinguish colors.
  • Ability to frequently use hearing and speech to share information through oral communication and hear alarms and malfunctioning machinery.
  • Ability to frequently use a keyboard and perform data entry.
  • Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and grip.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 25-50 pounds.
  • Ability to rarely climb.
Responsibilities
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives using clinical data to standardize care, reduce variation, and improve clinical outcomes.
  • Implement and refine quality initiatives aligned with executive direction, key performance indicators, and external benchmarking.
  • Develop and align quality strategies across programs while supporting system and regional priorities.
  • Prepare and present updates and analysis on external quality ratings and ranking programs relevant to the organization.
  • Build collaborative relationships with providers, teams, and executive leaders; provide education, share best practices, and support adoption of improvements.
  • Serve as a clinical and systems resource, supporting executive leaders and facilitating Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement and external quality reporting as applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
