  • 12+ years of experience leading or owning enterprise data strategy, including data ownership, governance, and standards across multiple functions
  • Strong understanding of how core enterprise data (customer, product, order, supply chain, finance) supports daily operations and decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders to improve how data is captured, managed, and embedded into business processes.
  • Experience establishing practical data governance models that are adopted and used by the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize data initiatives based on business impact, risk reduction, and reuse across the enterprise.
  • Working knowledge of modern data platforms and architectures, with the ability to guide strategy and investment decisions.
  • Experience leading across functions and aligning business and technology teams without direct authority.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data concepts clearly and practically.
  • Experience building, leading, and developing teams, including setting goals and managing budgets.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the enterprise data strategy with a foundation-first mindset—prioritizing clean, reliable core data over stand-alone analytics solutions
  • Define how critical enterprise data (e.g., customer, product, pricing, installed base, supplier) is created, standardized, governed and reused across the company
  • Establish clear enterprise data standards, definitions and systems of record so teams operate from consistent and trusted data
  • Prioritize and drive resolution of high-impact data quality issues that affect operations, revenue and customer experience (e.g., pricing discrepancies, order-to-cash errors, duplicate customers)
  • Establish Graco's MDM vision and multi-year roadmap, defining which data domains are managed, the systems that own them, the fidelity standards applied, and the business stakeholders accountable for their governance
  • Define the MDM operating model and architecture with deliberate, documented decisions aligned to Graco’s enterprise applications and data platforms
  • Lead MDM delivery as an enterprise program: engage stakeholders in data stewardship, match/merge rules, hierarchy design, and exception management; with an initial focus on Product and Customer MDM delivery
  • Measure MDM program health with visible, business-relevant KPIs such as: Golden record completeness rate attribute fill rate by domain, duplicate rate, re-dirty rate, match confidence, stewardship SLA compliance, and downstream system adoption
  • Establish a data governance model that embeds accountability in the business and prevents re-dirtying of enterprise data
  • Ensure clear business ownership for data quality and definitions, with stewardship embedded in functions - even within an IT-owned data operating model
  • Define decision rights for data standards and exceptions, with governance that is lightweight, practical, and aligned to business cadence
  • Embed data quality controls directly into core business workflows (CRM, ERP, etc.), emphasizing front-end prevention over downstream cleanup
  • Ensure data platforms and architecture support trusted foundations, reducing duplication, manual reconciliation and conflicting reports
  • Enable analytics, reporting and AI only where underlying data is fit for purpose, scalable and aligned to business priorities
  • Partner with business leaders to apply clean data to a small set of high‑value use cases, translating data improvements into commercial, operational and digital impact
  • Ensure analytics and AI practices comply with privacy, security, regulatory, and risk management requirements in partnership with IT, Legal and Cybersecurity
  • Lead, mentor, manage and staff a team of leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting a culture of leadership excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and management, succession planning, and leadership development to build a pipeline of future leaders
  • Drive team performance by setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and facilitating professional growth opportunities
  • Establish, manage, and be accountable for the annual Data, Analytics and MDM strategy budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Industrial Manufacturing experience
  • Experience supporting data strategy in a complex, global, or multi‑system environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms, integration approaches, and enterprise reporting environments.
  • Exposure to data privacy, security, and regulatory considerations impacting enterprise data management.
  • Background working closely with IT, digital, or technology organizations on enterprise initiatives.

Trade Decorator

Graco brings 100 years of spray innovation - and a centennial limited edition - to Trade Decorator LIVE 2026.

Graco brings 100 years of spray innovation - and a centennial limited edition - to Trade Decorator LIVE 2026. Exhibitor preview. Visit Trade Decorator LIVE on stand 23. Visitors to Trade Decorator LIVE 2026 will get first-hand access to Graco's newest airless sprayer line-up and a rare chance to see the limited-edition Centennial products, released to mark the brand's 100-year milestone. Graco - one of the most recognised names in professional spray equipment - joins the exhibitor line-up at Trade Decorator LIVE 2026 on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th June at Bolton Wanderers Stadium. For decorators who spray day in, day out, this is a chance to get hands-on with the kit that's about to land on site, ask the questions that actually matter, and see Graco's centennial celebration up close. Built on decades of real-world jobsite feedback, Graco's newest range is designed around the things that cost decorators time and money: downtime, clean-up, tip spits, and the weight of kit at the end of a long day. Expect live demos, straight answers from the Graco team, and the chance to handle the machines before you specify. Built for productivity: what to look out for on the stand. Graco is launching three new airless sprayers, each targeted at a different kind of decorator and a different kind of job. Here's what to ask about when you stop by. Ultra(R) quickshot(tm) II - the small-job specialist. Lightweight, compact and cordless, the Ultra QuickShot II is built for the kind of smaller jobs where dragging out a full airless rig feels like overkill. The electric gun virtually eliminates spits - meaning cleaner cut-ins and less time wiping walls - and the new Quick Flush(TM) mode cleans the unit twice as fast as the previous generation. Easy Out(R) filtration keeps paint flowing so you stay on tools rather than stripping the gun mid-job. Ideal for: residential decorators, snagging, doors and trim, domestic room-by-room work. Mark(R) XV(TM) XT - the heavy-hitter. For crews running high-volume workloads and heavier coatings, the Mark XV XT is built to get more jobs done per month without the machine becoming the bottleneck. High output, proven reliability, and the durability to handle demanding finish applications across large surface areas. Ideal for: commercial contractors, new-build sites, larger residential projects, heavier paints and specialist coatings. Mark(R) HP(TM) XT - gas-like power without the gas. This is the one to ask about if you've ever wished for petrol-level performance without the hassle of a petrol-powered machine. The Mark HP XT uses new technology to convert standard electric power into gas-like output - delivering powerful spraying capability while keeping jobsite set-up simple. No fuel, no fumes indoors, fewer site restrictions. Ideal for: decorators working across mixed interior and exterior jobs who want one machine that can do both without compromise. 100 years of Graco - limited-edition Centennial sprayers. To mark its centennial milestone, Graco is releasing a limited-edition run of Centennial contractor products - exclusive items with refreshed designs, available for a limited time only. For decorators who appreciate kit with a bit of provenance (and for collectors who know their airless history), these are a genuine one-off: a chance to own and use something that nods to 100 years of spray innovation while still being a working, on-site machine. Trade Decorator LIVE 2026 is one of the few UK events where you'll be able to see the Centennial line-up in person. Worth a look, even if you're only there for a chat and a coffee. Why it matters to the trade. Trade Decorator LIVE has been built from day one around the principle that decorators should get to try products before they buy - not watch a PowerPoint about them. Graco's presence at the 2026 show fits that ethos exactly. Whether you're spraying full-time, weighing up your first airless, or looking to upgrade an ageing machine, this is the kind of face-to-face conversation that's hard to get any other way. Bring questions. Bring the job spec that's been giving you grief. The Graco team will be there to talk through it. Visiting Trade Decorator LIVE 2026? Trade Decorator LIVE takes place on 3rd and 4th June 2026 at Bolton Wanderers Stadium, Bolton. Entry is completely free for professional decorators, contractors and apprentices - including complimentary lunch and free parking on site. Register for your free tickets at tradedecoratorlive.co.uk and join over 1,000 painters and decorators at the UK's only trade-specific decorating show. Your email address will not be published. Graco's fair value dips to $94 as analyst targets reset amid mixed execution signals

Graco's modelled fair value has shifted slightly from $96.00 to $94.13, following mixed analyst updates. Several firms including Seaport Research, RBC Capital and Baird raised their price targets in late January 2026, suggesting confidence in the company's long-term earnings power. However, the modest overall movement indicates not all analysts share this optimism, with some flagging execution and valuation risks. The contained shift in the target range suggests cautious voices are tempering the bullish calls. Meanwhile, Graco launched its Pulse Mobile fluid management system at CONEXPO 2026 and appointed Sanjiv Gupta as chief financial officer, effective 15 April 2026. Long-time executive David Lowe will retire after serving as CFO since 2021.

Graco gains from strong Industrial segment, strategic acquisitions despite contractor headwinds

Graco is benefiting from strength in its Industrial and Expansion Markets segments, driven by increased demand for liquid finishing systems and automotive applications. The company recently acquired Red Devil Equipment Company and Color Service to expand its market presence in colour solutions and powder handling. Graco paid $183.4 million in dividends in 2025, up 6.6% year over year, and authorised an additional $15 million share repurchase programme in December. However, the company faces headwinds from weak US housing and remodelling markets affecting its Contractor segment. Rising costs also pressure profitability, with cost of sales increasing 7.3% year over year in 2025. The stock gained 2.5% over the past three months and holds a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold).
