Requirements
  • Strong background in troubleshooting analog and digital systems down to the component level
  • Experience with software programming or diagnostic tools to support troubleshooting activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages to audiences ranging from technicians to managers
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, with the ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities
Responsibilities
  • Oversee testing and troubleshooting activities for assigned products throughout the production and repair lifecycle
  • Develop, document, and maintain testing procedures, specifications, and related technical documentation in compliance with change management processes
  • Design and implement cost-effective test solutions, including diagnostic programs, test fixtures, and equipment, to support product development and manufacturing
  • Collaborate with operations teams to establish and execute test plans while ensuring completion rate goals are met
  • Support transitions of test processes and solutions across facilities during product acquisitions or transfers
  • Provide updates and recommendations to management regarding test program status, capital needs, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical staff and leadership
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience designing and executing test methods for electronic systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field preferred
