Responsibilities

Oversee testing and troubleshooting activities for assigned products throughout the production and repair lifecycle
Develop, document, and maintain testing procedures, specifications, and related technical documentation in compliance with change management processes
Design and implement cost-effective test solutions, including diagnostic programs, test fixtures, and equipment, to support product development and manufacturing
Collaborate with operations teams to establish and execute test plans while ensuring completion rate goals are met
Support transitions of test processes and solutions across facilities during product acquisitions or transfers
Provide updates and recommendations to management regarding test program status, capital needs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical staff and leadership

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Salary Range: 130000 to 140000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

We are seeking a Test Engineer to support production and repair testing activities for electronic systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, both analog and digital, with the ability to work at the component level. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment, collaborate effectively across teams, and drive both immediate problem resolution and long-term process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
