Responsibilities
  • Present and demonstrate the company's products as a subject matter expert to patients, physicians, specialty therapists, and medical professionals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and new products.
  • Complete call reports, sales reports, and forecasts.
  • Manage expenses within territory budgets.
  • Follow up with patients after setup and communicate with physicians and therapists about the patient process and insurance guidelines.
  • Determine the optimal equipment for individual patient needs.
  • Communicate with corporate and administrative staff about equipment needs and requirements to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery.
  • Demonstrate, train, and communicate the proper use of the company's devices to patients.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, financial standards, internal policies, CMS guidelines, OFCCP guidelines, patient intake requirements, data management requirements, Quality Management System requirements, documentation requirements, and training requirements.
  • Manage a high volume of referrals and ensure timely processing of information.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and insurance information.
