EA RESIG LLC is looking for a Yardi Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team. This key role will focus on managing a team, providing primary support to our employee team members and maintaining business-critical system software.
The team is responsible for the development and ongoing support of the accounting and investment management real estate technology platform. The position is responsible for team management, ownership of Yardi’s Investment Management application, support of all users of the Yardi platform, and onboarding of all new clients, funds, and accounting teams to the Yardi platform.
The ideal candidate will possess deep subject matter expertise in Yardi’s Investment Management platform, coupled with a strong commitment to quality and a customer-focused approach. This individual will excel in problem-solving and will lead a support team to ensure alignment with organizational service level agreements. The candidate will be a hands-on manager with robust technical proficiency in business processes and the management of large data sets. They will demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines. Furthermore, they will possess outstanding communication skills, effectively engaging with diverse audiences across various levels of the organization

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Leads a support team, ensuring user requests are efficiently triaged and addressed with effective, high-quality solutions.
Stays informed about Yardi application technical enhancements and functionality by engaging with internal and vendor resources and monitoring data and reporting trends in the private equity real estate market.
Manages the onboarding process for new clients and funds on the Yardi platform, coordinating and driving onboarding activities across cross-functional teams.
Assists with the development and implementation of integrations between the Yardi application and other EA RESIG products and services.
Champions the adoption of new tools and business processes across the user community, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Serves as a key communicator across project stakeholders, including accounting users, application developers, business partners, and senior management, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Participates in the evolution of EA RESIG’s reporting and data strategy framework, including investor, operational, and management reporting services.
Develops and analyzes metrics on user requests to identify trends, monitor ticket volumes, and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager Investment Management or similar enterprise systems, with demonstrated expertise in platform operations and optimization.
Experience with private equity real estate accounting, including fund accounting principles and practices.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience managing a team to deliver high-quality client support and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement smart, efficient solutions.
Proficiency in working with large data sets, including advanced Excel capabilities and data analysis.
Independent thinker with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills, capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
