The charter of the Ingestion Platform team is to build a platform that uploads, validates, and ingests all forms of data, AV/non-AV, in a self-serviced manner, as part of our broader MLOps Data Management Platform. We are now looking for a MLOps Data Platform Intern!

What you’ll be doing:

• Use the latest cloud technologies to design, implement, and test scalable distributed data services and applications in the cloud

• Build and support a petabyte-scale ingestion platform and provide powerful foundations for our tools and services.

• Build an automated monitoring and alerting service that will monitor critical ingestion workflows and ensure that they remain within their promised SLAs.

What we need to see:

• You are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field

• Experience building scalable services with Golang, Python or Java

• Solid technical foundation and an understanding of cloud technologies, distributed storage, and data pipelines.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

•  Proficiency in writing SQL queries for analytic purposes

• Advanced programming expertise in Scala or C++

The hourly rate for our interns is $19 - $93. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
