Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to internship or co-op, and at least one additional semester following internship or co-op
  • Must be pursuing at least a Bachelors level degree in Supply Chain Management or related major
  • Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on an F1 visa with CPT can be accommodated)
  • Ability to commit to a 10-12 week, full time (40 hours per week) summer internship
Responsibilities
  • Develop tools to enhance the Quarterly Volume Review process
  • Backorder reporting
  • Collaborate with Regional S&OP teams to understand unique market requirements and identify root cause of Affiliate service issues
  • Communicate global demand and supply planning results constraints
  • Share insights, challenge assumptions and identify drivers of variance in the monthly forecast
  • Ensure optimal balance between customer service levels and inventory asset utilization through the S&OP process
  • Supports lifecycle management projects and operations
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with analytics and process improvement-related projects
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to take initiative and cross-collaborate with in a diverse team
  • Experience with SAP, encouraged
