Requirements
  • Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or Finance
  • High level of English is essential

Responsibilities
  • Support in the development of bottom-up forecast for estimating the airport’s future performance related to traffic, aero income, non-aero income, and opex
  • Collaborate on the analysis of specific projects where a technical overview of the shareholders is needed
  • Support on the preparation of commercial proposals for airlines, retail and F&B operators, in coordination with the assets
  • Provide reports on traffic, income and opex of the assets
  • Research and communicate market intelligence relevant to the assets
  • Collaborate with the M&A department on the technical analysis of potential bids by the company
  • Contribute to the review of the tasks carried out or outsourced to external partners to develop estimates of demand, revenue, costs and infrastructure investments of the bids that the division submits
  • Support in the development and review of the operational models for bidding processes and asset management
  • Prepare and update the financial and operational reports and models used in Ferrovial Airports, including SOX compliant reports
  • Support in any ad-hoc request (documentation/presentations/analysis) required by the team
Desired Qualifications
  • Master´s degree will be highly valued
  • Previous experience in the transportation and aviation consulting industry will be valued
  • Relevant academic record in the aviation industry
