Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to combine data from multiple sources, create compelling visualizations, and tell impactful stories with data
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proven ability to translate data analysis into strategic recommendations, forecasts, and planning
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tracking, pixels, optimization, and measurement
  • Digital media strategy, planning, and buying experience; in-platform experience a plus (Google platforms, Meta, Amazon, Yahoo)
  • Superior interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization
  • Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively with multi-functional teams
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills with significant exposure to senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, and activities with effective judgment in prioritizing
Responsibilities
  • Own data & insights for our External Digital Funnel, including paid and organic search & social media
  • Track paid funding performance over time, highlighting areas of opportunity and where targets were missed or exceeded
  • Provide a single source of truth for the external digital teams and agency partners to continuously optimize our digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends in organic search (branded and generic) & social media performance and share of voice as it relates to media spend and seasonality
  • Partner with SEO and SEM teams to continuously optimize & enhance our engines and lead the A/B testing agenda
  • Define & analyze core marketing KPIs (impressions, page visits, clicks, leads & visit to lead conversion, cost per impression, cost per click, cost per lead, cost of acquisition)
  • Partner closely with the Manager, Leads Strategy & Insights to set robust targets & forecasts and tell a complete story of external digital funnel performance and its impact on overall leads acquisition portfolio
  • Prepare data insights and reporting packages for senior leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations as needed
  • Assist in the development of business cases and financial models for new strategic initiatives, including investments in marketing technology and campaigns
  • Leverage analytics and consumer insights to drive investment prioritization and improve user experience on owned channels
  • Champion a 'test and learn' strategy to scale effective digital content marketing initiatives nationally
Desired Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, analytics, strategy development, or business growth functions
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., Digital Analytics) considered an asset
  • Experience in life insurance/wealth management or other financial services industry
  • Expertise in visual analytics and design principles
