Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in professional salon industry
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Working knowledge of show event AV equipment and building management
  • Requires the ability to coordinate groups of 5 to 75 attendees
  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Help complete all operational planning, set up, tear down, and day of coordination/follow up for Kao Salon Academy programs, custom events, and on-site company meetings.
  • Ensure that the programs meet Kao Salon Academy Standards for the ultimate enhanced experience for attendees by ensuring a high standard of service and personalized support.
  • Help oversee Academy inventories and organization associated with Academy programs.
  • Forecast, order, and maintain all appropriate literature, equipment and supplies of Academy.
  • Oversee daily activities of the Academy including vendor supplies, catering and deliveries from vendors for events.
  • Responsible for AV equipment maintenance reporting for repairs and needs.
