Responsibilities
  • Build your portfolio of coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus
  • Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably
  • Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics, and tailored business development initiatives
  • Foster trust-based relationships with coaches that go beyond transactions
  • Coordinate and manage projects precisely, participate in key meetings, and deliver exceptional service
Desired Qualifications
  • The ability to speak French would be a bonus but not a requirement
