Responsibilities
  • Lead, help, and support strategic development to convert, cross-sell/upsell, retain, and winback along the customer journey
  • Responsible for defining and executing lifecycle initiatives, including email, SMS, and direct mail
  • Analyze performance metrics, including open rates, click rates, impacts to KPIs and revenue goals, and track weekly and monthly trends
  • Design and run experiments to gain insights and drive incremental lifts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data, engineering as well as inter-teams within marketing
