Customer Service
  • BS or above education in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields
  • Experience in supplier management and supervisory position are required
  • HACCP certified preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently, meeting established timeliness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Approve and manage new and existing domestic vendors; Monitor and trend supplier performance from the quality and food safety perspective, and communicate issues with the Merchandise team, and follow up on corrective actions, and conduct supplier desk or onsite audit as needed
  • Oversee quality issues of incoming products; support QC Analysts on resolving receiving issues; monitor and identify products or vendor issues, and work collaboratively with the Merchandise and Operation to ensure incoming products meet Weee! quality and safety standards, and comply with regulations
  • Lead customer complaint monitoring and investigation, and be able to analyze and identify the food safety risks and root cause, and coordinate with the Customer Service,Merchandise, and Operation for corrective and preventive actions to mitigate the food safety and quality risks
  • Supervise and support QC analysts on daily tasks and issues; Assist the Senior Manager on providing quality and food safety training to the team to improve professional knowledge and performance
  • Review weekly and monthly quality documentations
  • Assist the Senior Manager to ensure fulfillment centers comply with the Federal, state and local regulations, and company requirements; Developed procedures and programs as necessary, and support on assigned projects
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 5 years food industry experience, food retail experience is a plus
